Are your products authentic and sealed?
Yes — 100% factory-sealed, authentic Pokémon TCG product sourced from authorized distribution. I don't sell opened, resealed, or picked-over product, and I never will. Every item is inspected before it earns a spot on the wall.
What do "unweighed" and "unscanned" mean, exactly?
They're my promise about how product is handled here: packs go from the factory case to the wall, untouched in between. No scales, no scanners, no sorting tricks — the odds printed on the box are exactly the odds you get. It's the standard I'd want as a collector, so it's the standard I hold myself to as a shop.
How do you actually make sure nothing's been tampered with?
With a written checklist, run on every single item — not a quick once-over. Before anything hits the wall, I work through the same inspection every time: factory seals, crimp lines, wrap seams, pull tabs, box edges, and case condition. It's the habit I bring home from the hospital — check it properly, every time, no exceptions. And I published the whole thing in the Tamper-Check Guide, so you can run the same inspection yourself on anything you own, bought here or anywhere else.
What if something still isn't right?
Then I make it right — that's the Dr. Blaze Guarantee. If an order ever arrives damaged, wrong, or with a seal you don't trust, send me photos within 48 hours and I'll take care of you. I stand behind every item that leaves this shop.
What are the "Top Chase Cards" charts on product pages?
Each set's product pages show the ten most valuable pack-pull cards for that set with current TCGplayer market prices, updated monthly — your dex of what's worth chasing. Sealed product never guarantees any specific card; the charts just show what you're hunting.
Orders, Cancellations & Returns
What's your cancellation & return policy?
All sales of sealed Pokémon product are final once shipped — no returns. That's the standard for sealed collectibles, and it protects you too: nothing on this wall has ever been out of my chain of custody. Before it ships you have room to change your mind — cancel free within 1 hour of ordering. After the first hour, cancellations carry a 10% restocking fee (your order starts moving fast here — packing, label, the slot on the wall). Arrived damaged or wrong? The Rewards Bar
How does the Rewards Bar work?
Every $1 you spend on cards and sealed product while logged in earns 1 Blaze Point and fills your bar — member or not (membership fees don't earn points). Hit a milestone and the whole milestone comes back as bonus Blaze Cash: 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, and 4,000 points each pay their own value (once per calendar year each). What happens at 10,000 points?
The summit: INFERNO status, free for one full year — 8% off every order, 2.5× Blaze Cash, free shipping over $150 — plus a 10,000-point bonus ($100 of Blaze Cash) the moment you cross. Status is reassessed yearly.
What is Blaze Cash?
100 Blaze Points = $1 off anything in the shop. Your personal redemption code lives on My Blaze Profile — always worth your full balance, one click to apply, refreshed automatically after every purchase or redemption, and it stacks with your membership discount. Redeeming never drains your Rewards Bar — the bar and your spendable cash are separate ledgers. Points never expire.
Do I get anything for joining the newsletter?
Yes — 100 Blaze Points ($1 of Blaze Cash) land in your account after you sign up with the same email you shop with. Awarded once, automatically, by the next morning.

What is Team Blaze?
Team Blaze is our membership program — a salute to the red-and-black crews of the classic games, built into six ranks. Each rank is a monthly membership with a discount on every single order plus a Blaze Cash multiplier:

How do memberships work? Can I cancel?
On any rank's page, keep "Monthly membership" selected and check out once — it renews automatically each month. Cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date — no fees, no lock-in; benefits run through the paid month. Member discounts apply to cards and sealed product, not to the membership fee itself — and membership fees never earn Blaze Points and are never charged shipping (there's no shipping charge on a membership, ever).
How does member free shipping work?
Free shipping belongs to the top three ranks: 🌋 Fire Blast (orders $250+), ☄️ Blast Burn (orders $200+) and 🐉 INFERNO (orders $150+). It comes off at checkout automatically while you're signed in — free UPS Ground on the order, no codes, nothing credited back later. Faster services stay available at their live rate if you want one. Ember, Fire Spin and Flamethrower don't include free shipping, and neither does shopping without a membership.
Do I need a discount code?
No — once your membership is active (or your Rewards Bar hits 10,000), your discount applies automatically at checkout. Codes are locked to your account: nobody else can use them. Blaze Cash codes are personal and locked too.

Do you offer a discount for service members and first responders?

How fast do you ship? Is shipping free?
Free shipping is a top-three Team Blaze benefit. 🌋 Fire Blast ships free on orders $250+, ☄️ Blast Burn on $200+, and 🐉 INFERNO on $150+ — applied automatically at checkout, no codes. Below Fire Blast, and without a membership, live UPS rates are shown at checkout, priced from your address and the weight of your box. Membership fees never carry a shipping charge. Orders ship within 24 hours from Long Island, NY — boxed, padded, and tracked.
What is Blaze Package Protection?
An add-on at checkout, offered on orders of $100 or more — on by default, and one click removes it — for the two things nothing else reaches: lost in transit beyond the carrier's built-in $100, and stolen after it's marked delivered, which no carrier pays for, ever. Keep it and a confirmed loss or a porch theft comes back to you as a full replacement or a full refund — my money, my promise, nobody adjudicating it. It is not insurance and there's no third party involved. Under $100 you won't see it at all — nothing to add, nothing to remove — because the carrier's built-in $100 already covers the full value of an order that size if it goes missing in transit. I'm local to Long Island — can I pick up my order?
Yes — by request. Place your order online, then reach out (or just reply to your order confirmation) and we'll arrange a pickup time and refund your shipping. Every pickup order passes the same tamper checklist as shipped orders before it's handed over.
Do you restock sold-out sets?
Constantly — the pack wall updates live, and sold-out tiles stay visible for 24 hours. Join the newsletter for restock alerts and drop nights.
