Welcome to Blaze's Cards & Collectibles Long Island ("Blaze's Cards," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, store, and services (the "Services"). By browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are / Eligibility

We sell trading cards, sealed product, and related collectibles based in Nassau County, New York. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. By ordering you confirm the payment method is yours and the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be limited. We hand-pack and verify every order (unweighed, unscanned, tamper-checked). Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error, even after it is placed. Card conditions and any grading references are described in good faith; sealed product is sold as received from distributors.

3. Mystery Products

Mystery boxes and randomized products contain items selected at our discretion and are verified sealed at packing. Every mystery product meets its printed guaranteed minimum TCGplayer market value. Contents are randomized; specific cards or hits are never guaranteed. Mystery products are final sale once shipped. Where published, odds and minimum-value guarantees form part of these Terms.

4. Memberships (Team Blaze)

Team Blaze memberships are recurring subscriptions billed automatically on your monthly billing date using your saved payment method. Benefits (such as member discounts, rewards multipliers, and shipping perks) apply while your membership is active and run through the end of the month you have paid for. Membership fees are never discounted, never earn rewards points, and carry no shipping charge. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account with no fee. Cancellations and refunds of billed memberships are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Rewards (Blaze Points)

Rewards points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, combined across accounts, or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Points are earned on qualifying purchases only (memberships and gift cards excluded) and may expire or be adjusted if the underlying order is refunded, cancelled, or reversed. We may modify or discontinue the rewards program, including point values and redemption options, at any time.

6. Orders, Payment & Shipping

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we process payment and/or ship. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, reseller abuse, stock limits, or pricing errors. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: cancellations within 1 hour of ordering (and before shipping) are fully refundable; after the first hour a 10% restocking fee applies; shipped items are final. Items damaged in transit or shipped in error are covered by the Dr. Blaze Guarantee when reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

8. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to defraud us, scraping or reselling content, circumventing purchase limits, using bots to place orders, or interfering with the security or operation of the site.

9. Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, photography, and copy are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Trademarks and card artwork remain the property of their respective owners (including Pokémon, Nintendo, and other publishers); we are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
